Local people saw a fire at rooftop and called police department.
At 13:45pm firefighting police officers arrived at the scene quickly after being informed to extinguish the fire however, the fire spread quickly to other floors.
After many hours, firefighters stamped out a blaze.
The loss of property has not yet been estimated, but no one was killed or injured, said police.
The cause of a fire is under investigation.
