At the meeting, the city leader highly appreciated activities of the United States ambassador in his working term, contributing to strengthen the comprehensive partnership relations between the United States of America with Vietnam and Ho Chi Minh City.
Chairman Nguyen Thanh Phong believed that the upcoming visit of US President Donald Trump would strengthen further development of the relationship between the two countries.
In addition, he also hoped that the United States Ambassador would continue having contributions for the relationship between the United States- Vietnam in general and between the United States with Ho Chi Minh City in particular.
Mr. Ted Osius thanked the city leaders’ assistances for US enterprises in trade and investment field in the city hoping that the city’s leaders would continue supporting the US enterprises in the upcoming time.
