The victims are Phan Van Thai, 25 years old, from Tan Thanh commune of Yen Thanh district and Vo Van Tuan, 33 years old, from Phu Thanh commune of Yen Thanh district in Nghe An province.
The scaffold collapse occurred suddenly in construction project of the Muang Khong hydroelectric power plant in Champasak province of Laos on the morning of January 11 while the workers were working.
