Accordingly, the lowest toll fee is VND 35,000 (US$ 1.5) and the highest toll fee is VND 180,000 (nearly US$ 7.8) a turn.
The investor must pay VND 7.8 billion of additional site clearance funds that Hoa Binh Provincial People's Committee advanced to those who had to remove for the expressway.
If the company fails to do the payment, the Ministry of Transport will stop the fee collection.
