Sixty-three houses in Thuong Chau and Phu An villages were partially destroyed as the roofs were blown off by the strong winds. Two of houses were completely destroyed in the whirlwind. Many trees were uprooted in the whirlwind.
Worse, the natural disaster broke the backyard fence and destroy crops in the island.
Loss is estimated VND1.5 billion ($64,462).
