State President receives Russian & Japanese Ambassadors

State President Tran Dai Quang had a warm meeting with Russian Ambassador to Vietnam Konstantin Vnukov at Presidential Palace in Hanoi on April 19, on the occasion of his appointment as Vietnamese State President.

State President Tran Dai Quang had a warm meeting with Russian Ambassador to Vietnam Konstantin Vnukov at Presidential Palace in Hanoi on April 19, on the occasion of his appointment as Vietnamese State President.

Mr. Konstantin Vnukov stressed that the achievements and developments for the comprehensive strategic partnership relations between two countries showed that Vietnam will play an important role in foreign affairs relation of Russia with Asia- Pacific region's various countries.
  
The Russian National Assembly ended progress of examinination and has been willing to approve the Vietnam-Eurasian Economic Union FTA. Besides, he believed that FTA's members will also ratify the agreement soon. 
 
On the same day, State President Tran Dai Quang paid a warm reception with Japanese Ambassador to Vietnam Fukada Hiroshi.
