The Vietnam Martyrs' Family Support Association (VMFSA) has coordinated with the Vietnam Red Cross Society and the National Humanitarian Portal 1400 called on organizations and individuals to support the campaign by texting TALS to 1405 from June 12 to August 10.
Each message will add VND20,000 to the fund.
Money will be donated to implement AND testing to identify war martyrs, give bank saving books to disadvantaged martyrs’ families and Vietnamese heroic mothers.
