At the congress, the participants will review and valuate results of the resolution of the fifth congress for the 2012 – 2017 term, and issue the objectives, tasks and solutions to implement the political tasks of the Vietnam War Veterans' Association for the 2017-2022 period.
Besides that, they are expected to evaluate activities of the Vietnam War Veterans Association through 28 years ago; as well as elect the Central Executive Committee of the sixth congress.
