Scrap collector Bui Thi Nho, 48, in Hung Thanh Ward in Dong Thap found the handbag which contained two watches, many identification papers, and the sum on December 2 on the way home from work.
She decided to turn over the bag to the Hung Thanh ward’s police, who announced to identify the owner of the handbag after an investigation.
Ms. Nho’s family is very difficult. She has no farm for grow rice so she is hired; but when she is unemployed, she collects scrap to earn a livelihood.
