Motorcyclists of all types will be exempted from toll on highways, according to the General Department of Taxation.
This new regulation is applicable in all roads regardless of who the investors are. They include roads built with State budget, B.O.T (Build, Operate and Transfer), or joint venture; and privately built roads.
