The visit made at an invitation of General Ngo Xuan Lich, Politburo member, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission and Defense Minister of Vietnam.
Accordingly, the visit aims to tighten traditional friendly and comprehensive partnership relations as well as strengthen defense cooperation between the two countries in order to meet benifts of the two nations’ people.
