President visits Ro Koi Border Guard Station in Kon Tum

President Tran Dai Quang paid a visit and offered Tet gifts to residents, officers and soldiers at the Ro Koi Border Guard post under the provincial Border Guard Command in Sa Thay district, Kon Tum province on February 2, on the occasion of the upcoming Tet (Lunar New Year).

The State leader extended Tet greetings and hailed the local authorities of Ro Koi Commune in taking care of policy inhabitants and ethnic people; and coordinating closely with armed forces to ensure the country's security and order and the socio-economic development in the area.
He presented gifts to 100 policy beneficiaries and underprivileged households, visited Vietnamese Heroic Mother Dang Thi Thu, and Buddhist monk Thich Quang Xa-Deputy chairman of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha Central Committee and Head of the Kon Tum provincial Vietnam Buddhist Sangha (VBS) Executive Committee.
