The PM appreciated the cooperation and assistance by Boeing to Vietnam in exploiting Boeing airplanes in the country. High quality and modern Boeing aircrafts have been used efficiently by Vietnamese airlines.
He suggested the company to support Vietnamese partners to study and estimate airplanes to make suitable choices and operate highly efficient flights, assist Vietnam to open a pilot training center in the upcoming time and successfully organize the APEC 2017 Economic Leaders' Week in Da Nang city in November.
With the fairly large number of airplanes which national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines has hired and purchased from Boeing Company amid intensifying cooperation relations between Vietnam and the US, Mr. Phuc believed that the prospect of opening a new chapter in the cooperation relationship with Boeing is very large.
Recently, Vietnam has conducted direct flights to the United of Kingdom and Australia.
Mr. Kevin Mc Allister estimated that the Vietnamese aviation market has grown quickly. The country has prospect of becoming a component supplier for Boeing aircraft manufacturing.
The company is willing to send its best experts to cooperate with and assist Vietnam in the field, especially in improving aviation infrastructure and air fleet quality.
