Vietnamese Prime Minister decided to bestow posthumously certificate of merit to Dang Thi Thu Huong, 22 who died of traffic accident while helping people in flood-hit areas in the central province of Quang Binh.
Before, on October 20, in a road in Quang Tan Commune in Ba Don Town there had been a traffic accident between a motorcycle and a truck killing one people. The victim was Dang Thi Thu Huong, 22 years old, in Quan Hau Town in Quang Ninh District of Quang Binh who was one of volunteers from a university to clean the environment after flood, helping people stabilize their lives after the disaster.
After the accident, Deputy Prime Minister cum Chairman of the National Traffic Safety Committee Truong Hoa Binh sent his condolence to her family.
