PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc congratulated the Federal Republic of Germany to establish new government administration under leadership of Chancellor Angela Merkel; and he stressed that Vietnam always respects the good relationship with Germany as well as desires both sides to tighten further cooperation ties in the upcoming time.

At the reception, the German ambassador thanked for cooperation of the ministries and agencies of Vietnam in promoting the bilateral relations.
On the occasion, ambassador Christian Berger focused on measures of strengthening further the Vietnam- Germany relations in the fields of economy, trade, investment, education and culture.
Responding to the German ambassador, PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc suggested that the two sides needed to actively promote mutual cooperation relations to harvest better achievements.
Besides that, he welcomed the German businesses and investors in Vietnam; and strongly affirmed that the Government and relevant agencies of Vietnam would continue to create favorable conditions for their businesses and investment.
