Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has signed an action plan to improve the implementation of projects using Official Development Assistance (ODA) fund in 2014-2015.
The Ministry of Planning and Investment is instructed to build a project on management and use of ODA fund in 2016-2020 and submitted it for Government’s approval by the end of next year.
Other ministries are tasked to improve legal framework and regulations related to ODA, increase management and organization abilities in carrying out projects, give more responsibilities to authorities of all levels in solving difficulties, and enhance transparence in use of ODA capital and impede corruption.
