Delegations of the Party and State offered incenses, flowers to the statue of President Ho Chi Minh at Ho Chi Minh Museum in HCMC, marking 69th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day.
The ceremony was presented by Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, Minister of Defense Phung Quang Thanh, Minister of Public Security Tran Dai Quang, Secretary of HCMC Party Committee Le Thanh Hai, central leaders and representative leaders of city departments, agencies.
The delegations offered incenses, flowers to President Ho Chi Minh’s altar at Ho Chi Minh City Museum to commemorate great contribution and expressed deeply their gratitude to Uncle Ho.
After the incense offering ceremony, leaders immediately participated in a closing ceremony of photograph exhibition under title of ‘45 Years of Implementing President Ho Chi Minh's Testament’ at Ho Chi Minh City.
The exhibition displayed more than 150 photos, which aimed to praise great value of the president’s thoughts, and mobilize the whole Party, people in implementing his testament in new revolutionary period.
President Ho Chi Minh passed away in 1969 and left the spiritual priceless testament for the nation.
Over 45 past years, President Ho Chi Minh’s testament was a useful encouragement for the whole Party, people in proving patriotism, solidarity in the period of industrialization, modernization and international integration.
