NA Committee to discuss State budget, project management

Finance Minister Vu Van Ninh will face questions on issues relating to solutions that will tighten their discipline implementing the State budget, activities of the State Capital Investment Corporation, incomes of State-owned groups and companies’ leaders, national debts, and price management of essential goods like petroleum, steel, gas, sugar and fertilizer.
 
Transport ministry is expected to answer questions about the shortcomings of its monitoring the implementation of construction projects and safety in bridge and road construction, measures to constrain transport accidents, and misspending in digging roadways and sidewalks.
 
The ministry will also have to explain its responsibilities in the case that the Hanoi People’s Committee has spent VND27 billion to stop three-way crossroads and intersections, neutralizing hundreds of traffic lights.
 
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment will answer 13 questions from the National Assembly delegates about measures to prevent misusing lands, inadequacy in defining land prices, and investigating environmental violations.
