Japan supports non-refundable aid to Vietnam

The signing ceremony of non-refundable aid for five projects with its total value of US$ 397,992 took place at the General Consulate of Japan in Ho Chi Minh City yesterday.

Five projects include to provide medical equipment for the Phu Yen Traditional Medicine Hospital, My Xuyen District Hospital in Soc Trang province and Co Do District Medical Center in Can Tho city; ambulances for the Hau My Bac A Commune Medical Center in Tien Giang province and to build seven classrooms in the Vinh Binh Primary School in Long An province. 

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Japanese Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City Mr. Kawaue Junichi appreciated these projects; and he strongly affirmed good friendly cooperation ties between Vietnam and Japan during the previous time. 

With a role of Vietnam’s biggest donor, Japan has made more efforts to help the country in completing infrastructure projects such as expressway construction, urban railways…
