The Secretary of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Dinh La Thang paid a visit to families under preferential treatment policies in Cu Chi District on February 18.
The municipal Party Secretary offered best wishes to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Em and asked local authorities to set a plan for building a concrete path leading to her house, creating favorable conditions for the mother’s traveling.
He also required the district’s government to repair Ms. Le Thi Kieu Oanh’s house, a martyr’s wife, which was downgraded seriously.
Mr. Dinh La Thang asked local Party units and authorities to continue to support and taking care of families under preferential treatment policies, invalid veterans and poor people who have the merit of assisting the revolution.
