Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee Nguyen Thanh Phong received Slovakia’s Kosice city Governor Richard Rasi on November 15.
At the meeting, the city's leader expressed his pleasure as the Vietnam and Slovakia have achieved good friendship and cooperation relations in the previous time.
The city hoped that both Slovakia and Kosice enterprises will continue seeking as well as expanding cooperation opportunities with Vietnam as well as Ho Chi Minh City in next years, added Mr. Phong.
The two leaders signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) about setting up the bilateral friendship and cooperation between HCMC and Kosice city.
