The 18th event aims to mark the “International Day of Persons with Disabilities” (December 3).
Disabled people from 16 cities and provinces nationwide will have also a chance to enjoy music show, circus,; and participate in over 150 entertainment works for visitors of all ages.
The annual event is organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs in coordination with other related departments and organizations with a total capital of VND1.4 billion.
