Dong Nai allows vehicles traveling through An Hao Bridge

Vietnam Transport Ministry and People’s Committee of Dong Nai province officially allowed all vehicles traveling through An Hao Bridge yesterday.

The An Hao Bridge belonged to the construction project of new Dong Nai Bridge and its related components which was invested by Construction Corporation No.1 (CC1) under Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT).

The An Hao Bridge connecting Hiep Hoa commune with An Binh ward of Bien Hoa city was designed a length of 2,153 meters and a width of 23 meters with six lanes. Total investment capital for the project costs around VND 1 trillion. 

It is considered as an important infrastructure project linking National Highway 51, 1A with downtown of Bien Hoa city and National Highway 1K.

The first vehicles travel through the An Hao Bridge
After putting into operation, the project aims to not only reduce amount of vehicles heading to Bien Hoa city but also to shorten travel time from Ho Chi Minh City to Bien Hoa city.

The management board of the An Hao Bridge said that motorbikes  and seven- seat auto are allowed travelling through the bridge; excluding truck until June.
