According to the Vietnam Domestic Waterway Department, 100 percent of public service formalities in the field of waterways will be received and solved via internet starting November 22.
Total 21 formalities of 57 public services have been licensed online, contributing in shortening processing and time, simplifying documentary and reducing fees of administrative formalities for residents and enterprises.
During three months of pilot license for ships travelling across sea ports via cell- phone message since August, the department has received the large number of registered enterprises via internet, an increase of 70 times compared to the first seven month of this year.
