Stating at the ceremony, Ms. Ngan said that after six times of organization, Da Lat Flower Festival has been recognized by the society as an outstanding economic, cultural and tourist event.
The festival has brought practical impacts boosting the development of flower and farm produce production, trading and export in Da Lat city, Lam Dong province in seperate and the country in general.
After the opening ceremony was art permornances introducing flowers and growers in Da Lat, Bao Loc tea farming area and silk weaving.
On the same day, many programs within the framework of the festival were opened such as flower and vegetable markets.
The festival will take place until December 27.
