Basing on practical estimation, consulting firms should propose safe exploitation limits to create a basic for aviation authorities to consider and change exploitation plan to ensure safety.

The requirement was made after ACV reported about overloading caused downgrading and damage of runways and taxiways at Noi Bai and Tan Son Nhat airports.

Similarly, the runways at Cam Ranh airport have run downgraded.

ACV has been required to report estimation results to the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam and the Ministry of Transport before October 20.
