Deputy Secretary of HCMC Party Committee Nguyen Thi Thu Ha led city delegates to visit General Department of Military Intelligence and Major-General Nguyen Rang, former Head of the City Command and family of Major-General Tran Van Danh in district 10 yesterday, marking the 70th founding anniversary of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944-2014) and the 25th anniversary of the whole people's defense day (December 22, 1989-2014).

The city delegates visited, encouraged and congratulated soldiers, who had great contributions to the nation’s protective career; and sent best wishes to commanders as well as their families.
On the same day, Office Chief of the City Party Committee Tran The Luu also visited and congratulated staffs, commanders of air division 370, General Directorate 2 and Colonel Ho Thi Bi’s family.
