City leader welcomes Deputy Minister of Japan’s Foreign Affairs

Deputy Standing Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Tat Thanh Cang received Deputy Minister of Japan's Foreign Affairs Koshi Nobuo on November 19.

Deputy Standing Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Tat Thanh Cang received Deputy Minister of Japan's Foreign Affairs Koshi Nobuo on November 19.

The city’s leader expressed his desire in furthering cooperation relations in health, culture, education, infrastructure investment, technology science, humanity source training, industry, and high- tech agriculture between Ho Chi Minh City and Japan’s localities.

The city authorities are willing to create best favorable conditions attracting more and more Japanese investment projects in the city; and pledged to closely collaborate with the partner in implementing efficiency of official development assistance (ODA) projects.

The Japanese deputy minister affirmed that Vietnam is a confidence partner of Japan. In order to maintain good partnership relations, Japan will continue supporting the city in research, investment and construction of the Railway Line No 3A from the Western Bus Station to Tan Kien Station.
