Chairman Nguyen Thanh Phong appreciated the Ho Chi Minh City Innovation and Startup Week under the co- organization of Finland Embassy in Vietnam and the HCMC People’s Committee from October 23-28.
It is considered as the biggest event of the year about innovation, science & technology and startup of the city.
Currently, Ho Chi Minh City received eight investment projects of the country with total capital of US$ 3 million.
The Finland ambassador said that the projects on research and innovation runned by enterprises and research institutes in Ho Chi Minh City and Finland has had positive results.
Thus, he hoped that the city’s leaders would continue creating best conditions for his country’s enterprises to carry out their projects in the city.
On the occasion, Mr. Kari Kahiluoto sent an invitation to the city leaders to participate in event of “Side by side with Finland” on October 28-29.
