Cai Lay BOT toll station to resume operation from March 25

The announcement was made at a meeting between Deputy Minister of Transport Nguyen Nhat, leaders of the People’s Committee of Tien Giang province and investors of the toll station yesterday. 

In particular, the toll station will collect a fee of VND 15,000 per turn for group one vehicles including less than 12 seater vehicles and less than two ton trucks and buses.

Monthly and quarterly payment for other vehicles will be decreased by 40-60 percent compared to the previous time. Vehicles within the radius of 10 kilometers in the station’s neighboring areas will enjoy toll exemption and reduction.

Deputy Minister of Transport Nguyen Nhat asked investors to apply 50 percent toll cut for business vehicles and 100 percent toll cut for non-business vehicles in the free of charge and discounted areas.
