Businesses have more chance to provide public services

Pursuant to new regulations in Decree No. 32/2019/ND-CP of the Government dated April 10th, 2019, businesses will have more opportunities to participate in bidding on supplying public goods and services. 
Businesses have more chance to provide public services

This is the confirmation of the representative of the Ministry of Finance at the press conference named “Introducing Decree No. 32/2019/ ND-CP on delegating ordering or bidding to provide public goods and services using the state budget from the recurrent expenditure source” which yesterday took place in Hanoi.

Regarding to negative public opinion in bidding and providing public services, inequality and discrimination among enterprises, the Ministry of Finance affirmed that this issue would be resolved by the Decree No. 32.

A special point of the Decree No.32 is that there are more detailed regulations on the categories with specific services, requirements on capacity and responsibilities of agencies and units participating in ordering or bidding for public services. 

Thereby, enterprises will have more opportunities to participate in bidding to provide public services if they are qualified and meet the requirements.
