Australia & HCMC strengthen innovative cooperation

At the reception, the city’s Party chief highlighted innovation sectors and cooperation programs between the partner with Ho Chi Minh City.

The city has four centers to support innovative enterprises so the city leaders always pay more attentions as well as create the best favorable conditions for the centers, he said.

The city has also launched start-up and international cooperation programs; therefore, the locality desired to attract more and more Australian enterprises and universities in Ho Chi Minh City to participate in the city’s start- up and innovation programs.

Besides that, Secretary Nguyen Thien Nhan hoped that both sides would deepen and expand the cooperation ties. 

Australian ambassador Craig Chittick confirmed that his country wanted to boost cooperation with Ho Chi Minh City in innovation, economy and other sectors.
