According to ACV, among the three architectural options with the highest vote include the option LT-07 (coconut leaf model) of the Singapore-Vietnam-Japan Consultant Alliance, the option LT-03 (lotus model) of Heerim Architects & Planners- Korean consultant, and the option LT-04 (bamboo furniture) of the Japan-France Consultant Alliance.

In order to have the legal basis for the sequences implementation, ACV recommends the Ministry of Transport to issue a decision on choosing LT-03 (Lotus) of the Heerim Architects & Planners-Korea.

ACV also proposed the separation of the Long Thanh International Airport Project into two packages, of which the basic design consultancy bid package would be designated for contractor (as stipulated in Article 22 of the Bidding Law) from Heerim Architects & Planners.

The feasibility study consultancy bid for the whole project (excluding passenger station section) will be held internationally.
