Accordingly, the project aims to develop the district in accordance with goals: green, clean, beauty, safety and local people having good life, focusing on developing production; solving jobs; increasing income; reducing sustainable poverty and protecting environment.
The project will also concentrate on the rural areas’ social political security and it is expected that 100 percent communes in the district will meet the criteria for the new style rural areas by 2019.
