Police arrest five terrorizing famous Saigon pho house

Police have arrested five men for terrorizing a famous pho eatery in Ho Chi Minh City and brother-in-law of pho house owner for faking document of public organization in order to deceive others, officers said at a press briefing yesterday.

Awarded the Certificate of Excellence by travel website TripAdvisor each year since 2015, Pho Hoa in Pasteur Street in District 3 has been terrorizing with red paint, pig organs, and a smelly condiment. This behavior was recorded by the restaurant’s camera in early July lately caused public worries amongst dinners, owners, and employees.
Terrorists wanted to pressure the pho restaurant owner’s brother-in-law Tran Anh Tuan to repay the debts incurred though the owner explained he was not involved in Tuan’s business.
Consequently, the pho owner reported the case to police.
Police investigator has decided to prosecute 44-year-old Tran Anh Tuan for making fake document in business. Those involving in defacing the restaurant were also captured by the Ho Chi Minh City police force.
