Four Kidnapped Chinese Children Return Home

Vietnamese Police handed over four Chinese children to the representative of the Chinese Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) at Tan Son Nhat International Airport at 7:00 am on May 16, said Colonel Hoang Tan Viet, Deputy Head of the Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation on Social Order under Ministry of Public Security.

Chinese Consulate General to HCM City Gao Te Ke received the children and completed their exit procedure to send them home on the HCMC – Guangchow City flight at 9:00 am.
 
Lieutenant-general Nguyen Viet Thanh, Deputy General Director of the General Department of Police and Colonel Hoang Tan Viet received the visit of Chinese Consulate General to HCMC on May 15. Ms. Gao Te Ke expressed her thanks and praised Vietnamese Police for the  safe rescue of the four Chinese children as well as taking good care and protecting them in the recent days.
 
Ms. Gao Te Ke added this meaningful action affirms the good friendship between Viet Nam and China. 
 
Also, Ms. Gao Te Ke informed Vietnamese Police that Zhejiang Province Police have tracked out and informed the children’s families about the case. Their families will be meeting with them at Guangchow Airport when they arrive.
