VND100 bil spent on center for AO victims

The Ho Chi Minh City Association for Agent Orange/Dioxin (AO) Victims yesterday broke the ground for a center to raise and provide vocational training to Agent Orange victims in Xuan Thoi Thuong Commune in Ho Chi Minh City’s Hoc Mon District.

The Ho Chi Minh City Association for Agent Orange/Dioxin (AO) Victims yesterday broke the ground for a center to raise and provide vocational training to Agent Orange victims in Xuan Thoi Thuong Commune in Ho Chi Minh City’s Hoc Mon District.

The center locates on the area of 49,000 s.q meters with total capital of VND100 billion (US$ 4,586,000) contributed by domestic and overseas benefactors.

It is scheduled that the center will be put into operation in 2018 and is home to unfortunate lives due to Agent Orange.
