Vingroup held a ground-breaking ceremony of Vinhomes-Tan Cang urban area at Binh Thanh District in Ho Chi Minh City on July 26.
Vinhomes Tan Cang is the first multi - functional complex project, invested VND 30 trillion by Vingroup in Ho Chi Minh City. It marks new step in developing and expanding real estate market in the southern region.
Covering an area of 43 hectares, Vinhomes Tan Cang is located in Binh Thanh district. It includes luxury villas, offices for rent, apartments, commercial centers and park.
81 floors Vinhomes- Tan Cang building will be located in the urban area, is designed with shopping malls, sport centers, swimming pool, five stars club- house, international schools and hospitals. The building is expected to be completed in 2015, the whole urban project will be put into operation in 2017.
The ground-breaking ceremony was attended by Vice Chairman of HCMC People's Committee Tat Thanh Cang.
