The 10th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee closed on October 17 and an special art program took place at 23/9 Park (photo), aiming to congratulate the 10th Congress on its success.
Politburo member Le Thanh Hai, Mr. Vo Van Thuong - Permanent Deputy secretary of HCMC Party Committee and two deputy secretaries Nguyen Thanh Phong, Nguyen Thi Quyet Tam attended the event.
The program is to show people's trust and support to the party's leaders.
On the same day, Ho Chi Minh City Labor Union organized an art program with attendance of over 600 laborers.
