Japanese investors & Nam Long Group sign agreement to develop Akari City project

Nam Long group and two Japanese investors - Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp and Nishi Nippon Railroad have just signed the strategic partnership for Akari City project in Binh Tan district of Ho Chi Minh City.

As per the agreement, two Japanese investors and Nam Long group contribute with the capital adequacy ratio at 50-50 percent to implement the Akari City project which has total investment capital of VND 7,676 billion.

This is one of Nam Long’s key projects within next 3 to 5 years.

Mr. Kawaue Jyunichi, General Consul of Japan in HCMC said 2018 is an important year as the two countries celebrate the 45th anniversary of diplomatic relation. He hoped that the Akari city project will become a symbol of Vietnam-Japan friendship relationship.

Mr. Kazumasa Ohchi from Hankyi Hanshin Properties shared the Akari city project is expected to announce officially in the third quarter of 2018. Up to date, the two sides have cooperated to develop four other projects and all projects have being received good feedbacks from customers.
