The Hiep Phuoc Industral Park Join Stock Company (HIPC) yesterday organized a ceremony to introduce its support industry project to crowded domestic and foreign investors.
The project covers a total area of 201 hectares including Vietnam- Japan Industrial Area; Support Industry Park Stage 1 & 2. It was divided into small areas covering 1, 500 square meters to meet the business demand of Vietnamese medium and small enterprises.
Currently, Hiep Phuoc Industral Park Company is one of key’s trading gates to attract the city’s industrial sectors such as mechanic engineering, electronic, plastic, rubber, food progress and others.
Accordingly, domestic and foreign businessmen would recieve many investment incentive policies from the city’s authorities such as maximum of 70 percents of the loan value at credit organizations, maximum of 70 percents of loan value for building investment capital and 85 percents of loan value for technical equipment during 7 years.
