Mr. Le Thanh Liem hoped to strengthen cooperation with Ukrainian scientists and businessmen in the fields of infrastructure construction, IT, environment treatment and others.
He added the city welcomes Ukrainian enterprises to participate in the development and building of HCMC.
Deputy Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Viktor Dovgan said that Ukraine wishes to enhance cooperation in areas of mutual concern of building port, construction of metro line system and opening direct air route between the two countries.
HCMC, Ukraine reached a bilateral turnover of US$40 million in 2017. Ukraine has 6 investment projects worth US$17 million in the city.
