As per Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee’s plan for organizing national days in last six months of the year, the city willlaunched fireworks shows in Dam Sen Park for the National Day on September 2.
Additionally, the city authority decided to have a photo exhibition to celebrate the August Revolution (August 19) and the National Day on August 31-8 in streets Nguyen Hue and Dong Khoi in District 1.
The city will have musical performance on September 2 in Section A in Park 23/9 in downtown, in Nguyen Hue Street, in National Culture History Park in District 9, District 12’s Culture Center, Ben Duoc and Nga Ba Giong War Martyr Monuments in Cu Chi and Hoc Mon Districts, Can Thanh Town in Can Gio District and Culture- Sports Center in Binh Chanh District.
Along with this, the artistic firework performances will take place at two locations, including one high-range fireworks display in the area near the Thu Thiem Tunnel in District 2 and a smaller-scale performance at Dam Sen Cultural Park in District 11on September 2, according to the authority.
