The city leader said that Ho Chi Minh City is the country’s large real estate top transaction destination, however the providing of information has not been paid attention, causing difficulties for people and enterprises in accessing to information of real estate projects while some investors have publicated inaccurate information, resulting in loss to people.
So the city needs to build the center in order to develop the real estate market more and more healthy and sustainable which will introduce matters related to real estate such as planning information, legal projects, project progress…
The state agencies of the city will be responsible to provide information so that residents and businesses can quickly access and search information to avoid risks in real estate investment.
Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City Real Estate Association Mr. Le Hoang Chau said that providing information on the real estate market is very important and it requires urgent and eccuracy and right time.
The city’s functional agencies that still do not timely update the information as many mortgage projects have been settled causing damages for businesses and difficulties to people.
Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Tran Vinh Tuyen assigned the Investment and Trade Promotion Center (ITPC) to coordinate with the Department of Construction, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Planning and Architecture Department, the Planning and Investment Department, Transport Department and the Ho Chi Minh City Real Estate Association research and develop the scheme.
