Mr. Le Hoang Chau, Chairman of HCMC of Real Estate (HoREA) said by the end of 2015, the city have sold 11,088 out of 14,490 apartments from 36 projects approved in 2012, a decrease of 76.5 percent.
The decrease reason is to thanks to the the real estate market’s recovery.
The HoREA’s statistic show that the city at present has about 1,219 property projects with total areas of 4,921 and 315,506 apartments. Of these, 489 projects have completed the construction, accounting for 40.1 percent; 814 peojects are expected to continue to be implemented soon. However, 97 out of 814 projects reported to be stopped for implementating; 405 have not been deployed. It is potential projects helping develop the city’s real estate market in upcoming time.
