HCMC Party officials visit President Ho Chi Minh’s homeland

A delegation of officials of the Office of the HCMC Party Committee on August 15 visited the homeland of President Ho Chi Minh in Nghe An province’s Nam Dan district on the occasion of 50 years of implementing Uncle Ho’s Testament.

The delegation offered flowers to Uncle Ho at Hoang Tru village, the home village of President Ho Chi Minh’s parents and visited tomb of President Ho Chi Minh's mother, Hoang Thi Loan, on Dong Tranh mountain.
HCMC’s officials previously visited the resting place of General Vo Nguyen Giap in Vung Chua, Yen Island, Quang Binh province; offered incenses to martyrs at the Dong Loc T-junction historical site to express deep gratitude to heroes’ great contribution and sacrifice for the national liberation.
The delegation will travel to Hanoi for a visit of the President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and the temple of President Ho Chi Minh in Ba Vi district.
