At the drill, experts from the group talked to the city leaders about the way to use the application to attend a supposed meeting in which all documents are digitalized.

Under the e-cabinet model, electronic documents will be sent to delegates before each meeting for reading in advance,  thinking of arguments and vote. After the meeting, information about the meeting will be quickly sent to related individuals and teams.

More drills in the e-cabinet application will be organized this week for agency leaders, district chairpersons, officials and civil servants of departments under the city People’s Committee.

The committee is scheduled to organize the first paperless meeting in July this year when the drills end and technical security is ensured.

On the same day, the standing board of the city People’s Committee also drilled in how to use the application on “Quick work assignment and smart reminder.”
