The Inspection Commission of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee has announced hotline 0838.249.255 to get opinions on nominated candidates for the election of the 14th National Assembly and all level people’s councils in the term of 2016-2021, said deputy chairman of the commission Ma Xuan Viet at a conference yesterday afternoon.
The conference was hosted to implement Instruction 20 by the Central Inspection Commission on solving complaints and denouncements related to the election of the 14th National Assembly and all level people’s councils.
According to the instruction, local supervision commissions must well organize works to receive and solve citizens’ complaints and denouncements by setting up hotlines and assigning officials on duty 24/7.
The commissions have been asked to keep an eye on the task and have a thorough understanding of nominated candidates including Party and non-Party members.
In case spotting unqualified candidates, they should work with relevant agencies to consider removing them from the nomination list.
