HCMC has one more food street

A new food street was launched along the Vinh Khanh Street in District 4 in Ho Chi Minh City on March 30, offering a variety of local cuisines.

With more than 170 booths selling specialties snail dishes, the street has attracted locals and foreigner tourists.
Before, agencies in the city agreed with the proposal of People’s Committee of district 4 about setting up the food street in a bid to create more cuisine street for travelers.
Deputy Chairman of People’s Committee in district 4 Lam Hung Tan said the open of the food street aims to renew urban scenery, develop infrastructure and utilize available sources; accordingly, it helps to stimulate consumers to buy more and attract holiday-makers.
Booths in the street will serve safe food with good behaviors to make customers enjoy their meals.
