Deadline for land use fee for state-owned houses

Hung said that from June 6, the HCMC People’s Committee will increase the land use fee of state-owned houses by ten times in accordance with a new Decree which has been issued by the Government.

The City Council on Houses for Sale has also instructed the State organs and companies with properties for sale to announce to residents to submit application by June 5 at the latest.

Those having already registered to buy state-owned houses will pay the land use fee as issued in 1995.

From June 6, the HCMC People’s Committee will apply the new price list with hiked land use fee by more than ten times.
